When was the last time you really took the time to smell the soil, peace of fruit or any vegetables?
It is recommended that we take a few deep breaths daily which makes part of good health!
So, instead of you taking those deep breaths where a lot of cars pass by (polution) try to smell a piece of the ground/soil, a growing flower, a fresh leaf, fruits, vegetables and so on.
While you are there, use the opportunity for those much needed deep breaths.
Sometimes, it's the really small things that matter!
